Check-in time

• Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM while standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Early Check-In: Subject to room availability. If you need guaranteed early access, you may need to book the room for the previous night.

• Late Arrival: If you plan to arrive late in the evening or after midnight, it is best to inform the Hotel in advance so they do not mark your booking as a no-show.

• Required Documents: You must show a valid government-issued photo ID (such as an Aadhar card, passport, or driver’s license) upon arrival. Foreign guests may need to fill out a Form C.

• Local ids not allowed

Check-Out time

• You must vacate the room and return your key cards or keys to the front desk by the designated check-out time.

• In case of loss or misplacement of the hotel room key cards or keys, applicable charges will be levied on the guest.

• Please ensure that all outstanding charges, including extra room charges, minibar consumption, and restaurant bills, are settled before departure.

• Late Check-Out: Short extensions (1 hours) are sometimes free (Subject to room availability). Longer extensions up to mid-afternoon may incur half-day rates, or a full night’s charge, depending on the occupancy.

Cancelation Policy

• More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment.

• Within 48 hours of check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will be non-refundable.

• Early Check-Out – No refund will be provided for unused nights if a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, subject to the agreed booking terms.

• Refund – Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

• Bookings made under special offers, promotional rates, corporate contracts, wedding packages, conferences, or group reservations may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Bookings made through online travel agencies or other booking platforms will be governed by the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the respective platform and confirmed reservation.

• Changes to the check-in date, check-out date, room category, or number of rooms are subject to availability and hotel approval. Any applicable rate difference or cancellation charges will apply.

• Unmarried couples are not allowed

• Primary guest should be at least 18 years of age

Pet(s) Related

• Pets are not allowed.

Other Rules

• Does not allow private parties in the rooms.

• Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.

• Non veg food is not allowed.

• Outside food is not allowed.

• Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
